Hypoxico – training in hypoxia

This equipment allows training by reducing the oxygen in the air, the goal being to improve athletic performance, acclimatization to altitude and physical health.

When the body is exposed to an oxygen-free environment, it struggles to produce the required amount of energy with less available oxygen. Thus, a series of physiological adaptations are triggered aimed at increasing the efficiency of the body’s respiratory, cardiovascular and oxygen systems.
